We look through our trusted Cleo Nannies and also search more widely to find people who match what you're looking for. Every nanny is carefully checked—qualifications, experience, references, and background checks. We meet them all in person and use our experience (and gut instinct!) to find those who feel like a natural fit.

We’ll share a shortlist of lovely, handpicked nannies who we think suit your family. Then we arrange Zoom or in-person meetings so you can get to know them too. We’ll share our thoughts and insights, but the final choice is always yours.

Once you’ve chosen your nanny, we’ll set everything up for you in our app. Your nanny will have all the key info about your family, and you can easily message them—or the Cleo team—anytime. It keeps everything simple, clear, and in one place.
